Our Story

Foodies that cook, I know you are out there. I know on some trips your eyes see something that looks amazing but tastes…meh. I know that happened to me during a park visit and it is what created the motivation behind this site.

Being in the hospitality industry for decades I was exposed to many different cuisines. That only compounded when living in the cultural mixing pot of Southern California.
